Can you give some examples about the similarities and differences between German Culture and American Culture?

    Differences: germans are more stable and strict. Americans like freedom more, and their entertainment culture is more colorful.

    American culture emphasizes freedom and order, especially in public. Germans tend to be more traditional and serious.

    Similarities: both cultures value individualism. They're very simple.

    both value human rights and pursue individualism.

    Similarities:Germans and Americans both fing the noncommittal nature and indirectness of British communication abhorrent,and both of them scored highly on individualism.

    Differences:Germans avoid the uncertainty or ambiguous situations,but Americans are much more comfortable with risks associated with change.Germany focuses on deals,data,and a moderately formal,reserved,and schedule-based business style.This is unlike the United States,which is less formal and more expressive in its business style.

    Difference:The main content of American culture is to emphasize personal values, pursue democracy and freedom, advocate pioneering and competition, and emphasize rationality and practicality. Its core is individualism: personal supremacy, selfish desires, the pursuit of personal interests and personal enjoyment, and emphasis on Self-design, pursuing the ultimate realization of personal value.But German culture is rigorous and cautious. A little bit of the rules and less innovative spirit.
