I have learned many things about TOEFL reading seaction.First,I learned the basic question types like referrence and factual information.Second,I learned how to apporch a passage by skimming and re-reading.And I learned that before you read the whole passage ,you should skim the title and illustration.Finally,I learned that though you have many reading skills,you have to try your best to improve your vocabulary.

Finished studying this week,I have learnd some techniques,like skimming and scanning,which will help us to read.Especially we wouldn't have enough time to go though all the passage carefully during a test.Besides,catching important message and ignoring unimportant information are both necessary.And we would better take some short notes to help memory.A good advance this section gave to us is that drawing a mind map,which shows the outline of the whole passage.

In this week's TOEFL Reading class, I learned a lot of basic reading skills. For example, how to read an article? How to understand the topic? And there are also some questions about vocabulary. Among them, what I have learned most is the skill of scanning articles.

This week's TOEFL Reading Class details the types of test articles and teaches specific answers. When I do reading questions, I think the strategy of finding key words or sentences is very useful. In week 2's TOFEL test learning , I have learned the imformation about the TOFEL test's reading part. Now i have now the pattern of the reading part, and after watching the videos , I learned some useful skills to solve the problems in the reading comprehension.As far as I am concerned , the most useful strategy from the lesson is: Scan, and Skimming.In the previous days , I don't use these two strategy while finishing my English homeworks , the next day I will use these two strategy, thanks.

According to this week's TOFEL study, it mainly introduces some types of the questions in our reading part and give us some useful tips to make it. It is beneficial for me to be more familiar with our test questions and get many skills when I do the reading part ,such as taking notes,skimming,learning the roots of the vocabulary and so on. This week I learned that TOEFL Reading Section is not that difficult.It's question types are to some extent the basic types which I have dabbled a few in my senior high.When it comes to the useful strategy,I figure scanning the questions before reading the whole article makes it straightforward to grab the essence of the essay and saves much time from superficial and aimless reading.

During week 2, I think I have known more about Reading Section than before. This section contains factual information, negative information, tnference question,vocabulary question, fill in a table question and so on. To do this part well, I think we can skim the whole article and take notes of it. We chould scan some key words while reading, it will make more easier to understand.

After this period time of learning, I have a clear understanding of question types in TOFEL test, they are the factual and negative factual information questions, the inference and rhetorical purpose questions,the vocabulary questions,the reference questions and so on. Besides,the skills Iearn are pretty helpful. For example, the sentences included correct words may be false, but these contain important information without some insignificent details could be right. Don't choose automaticly--it's a precious lesson.

Moreover, I think that the most useful strategy for me is "Take notes / Creat an outline" when I am doing my reading. I learned more details about the reading part of the TOEFL test this week, and I learned how to solve the factual or negative factual information questions, the inference and rhetorical purpose questions and the vocabulary questions better and faster.The teacher told me that when I take the reading test, I don't need to know the meaning of each word and sentence. .It's difficult for me to understand and acquire that the teacher has teached quickly, but I won't give up.
