    In general, the culture and thinking of western countries are direct. One is one, and two is two. However, although the United States and Germany are western countries, the cultural traditions between them are very different. My observations are made in terms of interpersonal and work style attitudes and values. I think the United States is a country that advocates freedom and individualism, and Germany is a country that advocates seriousness and preciseness and individual honor and disgrace.Freedom in America:

    America is a very free country. You don't have to mind rules to live in America. America is like this, he doesn't care how you do it, he only CARES about the result. And the whole atmosphere is active and free, which proves why the entertainment development in the United States is leading the world.

    Individualism:

    Americans are basically confident
