From the perspective of intercultural appropriation(跨文化借用), in your opinion, which part or parts of Japanese culture absorbed some elements from Chinese culture?
Japanese writing came into being after Chinese characters were introduced into Japan. From the initial lack of characters to the creation of its own unique kana characters and "mixed with Chinese" writing system, this process is the comprehensive learning and introduction of Chinese characters, and according to the original language of Japan to it dripping and re-creation process.
Japanese culture absorbed many elements from Chinese culture. Such as the tea culture,the origin of the Japanese characters,the indirectness,the politeness, Chinese characters and religion. And the values for family in the Japanese's core values are also similar with the Chinese's ones.

I think people have different reactions to the same colors may have those reasons.
1. it depends what image the marketing with project with their products
2.it depends color' heat,may be it hot may be it cold,different color provide different heat,and it cause different reactions.
3. it'apperance,it may be like gold or something else
4. it causes many different moods,maybe happy maybe sad even can be sad
5.the place where it use, it can be used in magzine or advertisment and so on
Obviously, Japan has absorbed Chinese character into its own language system. Japan has also learnt a lot from Chinese traditional buildings, music, foods and even religions. It shares some key values with China.
Traditional clothing style like kimono and Hanfu. The tableware like ohashi and kuaizi. The style of drawing like ukiyoe and the Chinese traditional drawing. The character like kanji,is just the characacter in China.
The shadow of China can be seen everywhere in the Japanese cultural pedigree. Japanese, medicine, tea ceremony, diet, bows, costumes, etiquette and the "kusheng culture", which has a profound impact on Japan, are all influenced by China.

2.Food:like raw fish:Japanese raw fish originated from ancient China and has been widely spread and loved by people during the Three Kingdoms period. The Tang Dynasty was the peak period for people to eat raw fish.
3.Characters:Some Japanese characters are imitations of Chinese characters.
4.Japanese Confucianism:After the Tang Dynasty, more and more monks from Japan came to China to study Buddhism, thus gradually developing into Japanese Confucianism.
5.Dress:The kimono was also improved on the basis of clothing inherited from the Tang Dynasty.
