    1. High individualisim: They score 67 on Individualism. They place high priority on looking after themselves and their immediate families.But at work, Germans jointly assume responsibilities and achieve goals in groups. Negotiating decisions is often referred to committees.

    2. High masculinity: 66 points on masculinity, which is higher than the world average score. They put great importance on earning, recognition, advancement and challenge. 
    3. Uncertainty avoidance: 65 points, which is higher than the world average index. That feel threatened by ambiguous situations so they have created beliefs and institutions to avoid such risks. Americans think Germans seem to make rules for everything.

    4. Lower power distance: Germany is a decentralized society, with relatively flatter organization structures and a comparatively smaller proportion of supervisors.

    5. Ordnung-Order: Inculcating that search for order and meaning, showing how it applies, is the function of German education and social training.

    First ,Order.German attention to organized national character and do everything have a rule.

    The second is individualism. Germans focus more on social status and income and like to challenge.

    Third, Directness. Germans and Americans both find the noncmmottal nature and indirectness of British communication abhorrent.
