    1. Individualism: Germans have a strong sense of individualism. They put personal independence and personal achievements first. In addition, they also have a strong sense of social responsibility.
    2. Masculinity: German men have strong masculinity, they are more inclined to reward money and material wealth. It is not hard to find that they have a strong sense of competition, pay more attention to income, recognition of others, progress and challenges.
    3. Uncertainty avoidance: Germans hate uncertainty. They think ambiguity is a hidden danger. Maybe that's why Germany seems to rule everything.
