From the perspective of intercultural appropriation(跨文化借用), in your opinion, which part or parts of Japanese culture absorbed some elements from Chinese culture?
1、Tea culture. The Japanese tea ceremony was created by learning from the Chinese way of making tea.
2、Costume. Japanese costume called kimono.It based on the Tang dynasty of China.Then Janpaneses put their own typical symbols in thier kimono.
3、Buddhism. Chinese Buddhism has a direct impact on Japanese Buddhism. Now Japanese Zen, including the unique Japanese culture developed with it, is in the same lineage with China, and we can find the original shadow in China.
4、Food.In Japan people also eat rice.Especially like sushi.
Japanese writing came into being after Chinese characters were introduced into Japan.
From the initial lack of characters to the creation of its own unique kana characters and "mixed with Chinese" writing system, this process is the comprehensive learning and introduction of Chinese characters, and according to the original language of Japan to it dripping and re-creation process.
There are many cultures that Japan has absorbed from China. As we all know, Japan began to learn Chinese culture in the Han Dynasty, and sent many envoys to the Han Dynasty, Tang Dynasty and so on, absorbing quite a lot of culture from our country.
First of all, tea culture is familiar to us. Japanese tea culture perfectly inherited and improved the culture of Tang Dynasty.
Secondly, Japanese language and culture. There are quite a lot of Chinese characters in Japanese. Although the pronunciation of these characters has changed, the meaning of them has not changed much.
Third, Japanese kimono. Japanese kimono to a large extent retained the characteristics of Tang Dynasty costumes, and combined with the local customs were improved.
Fourth, Japanese food culture. Although most of Japanese diet culture depends on its own geographical environment, it has a strong color of ancient China.
Finally, Japanese etiquette culture is also deeply influenced by Confucian culture. It has become a member of the East Asian Confucian cultural circle.
I think in many aspects japan has similarities with China.such as their traditional clothes is similar to our traditional clothes.and japanese tea culture also absorbed from our tea culture. otherwise Chinese Buddhism and Taoism are widely spread in Japan and deeply influenced japan.
Japanese characters evolved from Chinese characters
The Chinese Buddhism thought spread to Japan, has obtained the further development in Japan, gradually evolved into the unique Buddhism culture
The elements are wide :1. Leadership style and the politics is the most important 2.The culture :the cooking culture which includes tea culture,the four great inventions, the clothes culture which includes silk and cotton ,the word culture :The Chinese characters is copied by the Japan to a great extent 3 .The opinion : Confucianism have influence the character of the nation and it make family in Japan more closer.
Japan's absorption of Chinese culture is reflected in many aspects, such as religion, Chinese character, tea culture, cooking culture, instrument, clothing culture and so on.
Tea Ceremony: Tea Ceremony is originated in China.But in Japanese Costume,tea is not only the material comfort,but also learning tea ceremony through tea.
Japanese clothing: Japanese traditional dressing is Kimono. It is based on the costume of Tang dynasty of China.
Religion: Some of the most important religions in Japanese such as Buddhism,Taoiam and Confucianism are all originated in China.
