How many manifestations to Germany's cultural core values, and what are they?
There are three manifestations to Germany's cultural core values.
1.Individualism:Germans attach great importance to taking care of themselves and their families, but at work, germans share responsibility and goals in groups.
2.Masculinity:Success, money and material wealth constitute the dominant value of social life, which is a cultural characteristic.
3.Uncertainty avoidance:Germans insist on written rules and detailed codes of conduct. It seems to have a pattern to everything.
Order: There is an inherent order and system in everything. The function of German education is to search for order and meaning as well as showing how it is applied.
Clarity: German has a system thhat outlines what has be done and who will do it. From this, we can see the way of doing things ang a certain lack of flexibility in the German.
Directness: Because of their foursquare personality, Germans' behavior or comments could make us uncomfortable.
