There are three manifestations to Germany'sculture core values: the first one is individualism:Germans place high priority on looking after themselves and their family. And masculinity: Germans place greater importance on earnings, recognition, advancement and challenge. Finally, it's uncertainty avoidance: Germans insist on written rules and detailed codes of conduct. It seems to have a rule for everything.

    The first is individualism.

It is important to place high priority on looking after themselves and their immediate family.

    The second is masculinity.

Germans always place greater importance on earing, recognition advancement and callenge.

    The last is directness.

Germany is a world publishing power. Promote business, culture, politics, lifestyle and values through a variety of German "symbols" to create "global interest"; Through the penetration of commercial operations and cultural capital, "German content" gradually became popular. Take bertelsmann group as an example. In 1995, bertelsmann brought the concept of "book club" to China. The number of members in China once reached 1.5 million, and it established the largest book club in China. Bertelsmann USES a variety of cooperative ways to participate in the book publishing each link, and then through strong capital to achieve the impact and control of the published content. In addition, the magazine "Germany", sponsored by the German government, is published in more than 180 countries in 11 languages. It conveys the core values of openness, inclusiveness and freedom of modern Germany, and has become a calling card for Germany to spread abroad
