1. Differences in Seat Arrangement Etiquette: In Chinese banquet activities, round tables are used, not only because the round tables placed in different positions have differences in status, but also because the different seating positions on each round table have differences in status. In Western cuisine, long tables are commonly used. At formal banquets, the height and status of tables are determined by their distance from the main table. The table to the right is more prestigious, and the table closer to the host is more prestigious.
